Wild Rice

I tried a new recipe I got from a friend for cooking Wild Rice today. It worked great, now I can cook up a big batch and freeze it in small packages for later use.
1 cup wild rice
1 1/2 cup boiling water
Can add chicken boulion cube.
Put in a kettle with a heavy lid so it seals well. Place in preheated 500 degree oven. Turn oven off and leave Rice in the oven for 8 hours. Take out and freeze.
