Spring has Sprung list

Many years ago my son brought this list home from his science teacher. Every few years we take it out and keep track of the changes spring brings. It is fun to look back at the differences each year brings.  In 2012 the ponds were ice free by March 9, here it is March 28 and they are no where near thawing yet. Also that year we seen our first Robin on March 15.

I am hoping I can start filling in my spring 2014 list soon.

Dorothy's 90th Birthday Party

What a wonderful turnout we had at Dorothy's 90th birthday party. It couldn't have been a nicer day, the sun was shinning with a light breeze to keep it from getting too hot. All the family and friends that came to help her celebrate made it a spectacular day!

The tent all ready for the party.

Decorations Dorothy, Mom and I made and Kristi arranged the flowers.

Tent full of party guests.

Mark and Joe performed a birthday song for Dorothy.

Tristan and Alexis playing in the bounce house.

This is fun! He looks way too grown up in this photo.

Mark, Tim and Scott fixing Lexie's boo-boo.
