Another busy weekend

Friday night we went fishing on Sullivan lake. The fish weren't biting but it was pleasent to be on the lake.

Saturday Lexie was visiting us while her parents were at a wedding. We took her with us to the Brausen family reunion.

Sunday Chad, Kelly and Danny stopped to visit.

Then we went fishing on Hanna lake. We caught some sunfish and Tim caught a big bass. Afterward we had a nice visit with Bonnie and Stuffy.

More Baby Chicks

We have 4 more new baby chicks in the hen house. They are so tiny, a small bantie hen hatched them.

Moms B-day party

Another busy weekend; Saturday we went to Amanda’s wedding, it was beautiful. The girls wore red dresses and Amanda was lovely in a dress very similar to the one Wendy wore. Dinner was great and we had a good visit with allot of the neighbors that were there. Sunday the family got together at Mom’s for her 85th birthday. Everyone had a wonderful time playing with all the kids, even if we did melt a little, it was so HOT.

What a fun and busy summer it has been. Weddings, Grad parties, birthdays, something going on every weekend. It hasn’t been easy but we did sneak in some fishing time.

Gone Fishing

Last Saturday Andy, Alexis and Dominick went fishing with us. It rained almost the whole time but we had a good time and caught quite a few fish, mostly sun fish.
